Colorado was Made for Hot Tubs

Craig and Ryan came by to install a couple of shoulder jets in my old Arctic spa and also drain, clean and fill the tub, replace the filter and the hot tub cover. My fox model Arctic spa is a tank and I wanna keep it going as long as possible. Thanks to Heavenly Times It just may outlive me! Huge Kudos to owner Michael Schwartz and his excellent crew.

We had a great experience in purchasing our first ever spa. Jordan was extremely helpful from the very first time we walked through the door. He not only helped us determine which hot tub would work best for our needs, he assisted in finding a crane company to place it on our deck. Fantastic experience and we couldn’t be more pleased.

Our experience with Arctic Spas has been terrific. We have had 2 other spas and have switched to Arctic and it will be our last one. We got a service appointment quickly with Heavenly Times Hot Tubs and Billard’s. Ryan arrived on schedule and quickly fixed our issue. He proceeded to share a wealth of information (that we didn’t know about) on how and when to maintain our spa. He was quick, efficient and very pleasant. We have been so pleased with our overall experience with arctic spas! The whole process has been seamless and every person we have worked with has been very friendly! After delivery we noticed a light was out in our tub and Bobby came out to fix it without any issues! We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and overall experience!
